The county wide re-assessment project was completed this year!!!

Next on the agenda for the Equalization Office is to have the land study completed in December.  This study is to equalize the values placed on non-ag and owner occupied land both inside and outside city limits.

2026 will see the start of the next re-appraisal project starting with Philip.  We will be contacting residence when the time grows closer.
